India PM app sparks social media furore

India PM app sparks social media furore

The Indian prime minister has been engulfed in a row over claims that his official mobile phone app sends users' personal data to a third-party website without their consent.

"Modi's NaMo App secretly records audio, video, contacts of your friends & family and even tracks your location via Global Positioning System".

"It is an attempt like Bigg Boss of spying on Indians". Now he wants data on our children.

Gandhi accused Modi of using his official app "to build a personal database. on millions of Indians".

The party said that the agricultural exports have repeatedly fallen in four years of Modi government, which led to a fall in market prices for farmers, while agricultural imports have risen manifold. The cadets have been asked to install NAMO app and ask questions through it. "Ye kya RahulGandhi ji it seems your team is doing the opposite of what you asked for".

"Congress deleted its own App from the App store after they were called out".

He also claimed that Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is allegedly sending clipboard data to the Chinese servers.

The party also said there has been no breach of data whatsoever.

Yet once again, Jon Beilein's team relied on their defense to keep the Seminoles at bay before their shooting could get into form. Leonard Hamilton deserves a ton of credit for leading ninth-seeded Florida State to the Elite Eight in the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

Modi said the government had opened over 3,000 "Jan Aushadhi Kendra" (people's medicine centre) and was working on it continuously to open more such centres. "We don't enhance or combine data from other sources at our end", said Jain, adding that CleverTap is the brand name, while WizRocket is the name of the parent company.

He said a major decision was taken in this year's budget to ensure adequate returns to farmers when the government chose to give at least one-and-a-half times the input costs as MSP for the scheduled crops.

The Congress responded on Twitter saying it was forced to remove the app as an incorrect link was being circulated and people were being misled.

Malviya echoed Irani, saying the Congress app was sharing user data with Gandhi's friends in Singapore.

"Hi! My name is Rahul Gandhi". New seaports are being constructed on a number of seaways of India and infrastructure is being strengthened at old ports.

"Full marks to @INCIndia for stating upfront that they'll give your data to **practically anyone** - undisclosed vendors, unknown volunteers, even "groups with similar causes". In theft of all forms, Congress has never been discreet!" The BJP has accused the Congress of engaging Cambridge Analytica in India, a charge the opposition party has denied. The firm is allegedly involved in social media data manipulation.

To be healthy, the Prime Minister also stressed on the need for sanitisation because "a healthy India is as vital as clean India".
