OnePlus CEO Posts First OnePlus 5 Teaser: Expect A 'Big Surprise'

The post didn't actually reveal that the device is OnePlus 5, but it is pretty obvious.

The OnePlus 5 is the next Android phone you should be excited about if you haven't bought into the Galaxy S8 frenzy. This is the reason that after releasing OnePlus 3, the smartphone maker has chose to skip OnePlus 4 and moved on to OnePlus 5.

One image, leaked via India Today, shows what is purported to be the back of the phone and it features a dual camera.

US Businesses Added Solid 177000 Jobs in April

Taco Bell Canada Plans to Start Serving Alcohol in 2017
Across North America, Taco Bell serves more than 40 million customers per week and there are almost 200 locations in Canada. Consumers aged 19-plus can expect a selection of beer on the menu, with the potential for more beverages to be added later.

Along with that, the leakster is also of the opinion that OnePlus 5 will come out with the dual-lens rear camera. However, Kumamoto Technology claims that the OnePlus 5 won't have an all-screen design or an edge-to-edge display because the fingerprint sensor will still be located up front. Previous rumors had suggested that the battery capacity of the incoming OnePlus 5 will be smaller than the 3T, standing at just 3000mAh. Some have speculated that the upcoming flagship will feature whopping 8GB RAM, while others believe that OnePlus will be sticking with 6GB. However, the leak also reveals that the latest flagship device is expected to come with 25 percent improvement in the charging speed as compared to its predecessor. Therefore, it shouldn't have to be a surprise to see that the company or even the CEO is posting a teaser regarding the upcoming flagship on its Weibo account. And lastly, there are some chances that the OnePlus 5 may not feature the headphone jack. This year the OnePlus 5 is expected in May.

OnePlus recently posted a teaser photo confirming the existence of the successor to the OnePlus 3T, and OnePlus CEO Pete Lau also shared the same image on his own Weibo page as well. A separate Weibo leaker found by My Drivers says that the OnePlus 5 should launch by the end of June.
