Bungie Officially Teases 'Destiny 2' - What We Know So Far

Bungie Officially Teases 'Destiny 2' - What We Know So Far

It's official, Bungie is working on Destiny 2, however, doubts invade the fans, as the studio continues to keep the details to minimum.

We don't know the price of Destiny 2 yet, but we'd expect an RRP around £50/$60 - typical for a AAA console game. If the rumors of a PC release for the sequel come to fruition, that will be another group of gamers who will also be left wondering why they paid the same amount of money for less content.

Apart from that, the leaks also mentioned that a beta for "Destiny 2" will first arrive on the PlayStation 4 first. Bungie and Activision were careful to note at the end that no actual gameplay was shown in the footage-which is not too surprising, given that the first Destiny wasn't known for its riveting barroom discussions. Plot and more information for the sequel is expected to be revealed during the E3 event this year.

One of the leaks that surface this week include a poster of the upcoming sequel to Destiny.

"Destiny 2" will be featuring a whole new game with new classes and a story separate from the original Destiny game.

Irish Prime Minister blasts 'horrific' Taylor tackle as Coleman undergoes surgery
Wales will be disappointed in the way they handled the clash having played into the physical game plan of the boys in green. Seconds before Taylor's brutal lunge on Coleman, Gareth Bale was yellow carded for a studs-up tackle on John O'Shea.

How this ties into the wider Destiny lore remains unknown, but hopefully it'll be more coherent than Bungie's previous efforts. That's certainly a promising leak as it falls in line with traditional Destiny releases and is actually almost an exact match for the original Destiny release on September 9, 2014.

Currently, there is a handful of exclusive content in Destiny on PS4 that has never made its way to Xbox One, such as The Jade Rabbit exotic scout rifle.

Get ready Guardians, because things are about to change in a big way. The proper reveal is stated for March 30 at 10 AM PDT so all of you Destiny fans should set reminders right now! This led us to a decision that would enable us to serve both the game and the player's best interests. "We also plan to award those veteran accounts with honors that reflect your Destiny 1 accomplishments".

We all knew it was coming but Bungie has been pretty mum about it up until now.
