Mom shows off toddler taped to wall on Facebook Live

In the shocking video, the poor boy is seen with a tape across his mouth as well as tapes holding his hands against the wall. After securing her son to the wall she live streamed him on Facebook Live. In the video, the child is seen restrained against the wall with clear packing tape for about 15 minutes, police say.

After the teen mom's arrest, her 2-year-old son was taken into the custody of Franklin County Children's Services.

She said that it was a good way to keep her child from running around, and later filmed another Facebook video slamming people who reported to child welfare officials about the video.

She faces the camera and propounds her parenting philosophy: "You can't clean without them running around tearing up?"

'You can't cook or none of that because they running around? Tape to them to wall.
